How Rocky Mountain XScapes Works

Since Rocky Mountain XScapes is a design only firm, we base our pricing on a per square foot basis.  We like to do this so you know what you can expect to pay for your initial design and nobody has to worry about the hourly charges ticking away for design work.  If you need more ideas after the initial design is presented or have a change of plans then we are happy to help you with that as well.  We are also available for consulting before, during and after you have planted your design should you like some additional guidance.  We're here to help you install the best landscape possible so that you can enjoy your yard to the fullest and be the envy of the neighborhood.

Pricing:

Square footage is measured from house to curb/property line of the area to be designed.  You can elect to have us design the front, back, side or entire yard - we always recommend designing the entire yard whenever possible so that you can see the big picture and know that it will all flow seamlessly but we're happy to work with your budget and priorities.  A 50% deposit is required upon site visit with the remainder due with your final plan.

Minimum Charge of $150.00 (if area to be designed is less than 1000 square feet, minimum charge applies)

If square footage to be designed is:

<5000 sq. ft.:  $.15/sq. ft.

>5000 sq. ft.:  $.12/sq. ft.

Design change/modification pricing is $40/hour.  This would be used if after the final design is presented you have had a change of plans or just a change of mind we can modify the design for an additional fee.  Just give us a call and we're happy to work with you.

Consulting Charges - $40/hour

We are happy to come out and lay plants out for you, talk about what might be going on in your garden or answer any questions you may have.  Just give us a call, we can schedule an onsite visit to help you for $40/hour.  We are also available by phone if you think your questions can be answered that way.  We bill $40/hour in 15 minute increments with a 15 minute minimum.
